The High specificity version has been carefully optimized for multiplex PCR with extremely high amplification specificity. With the optimal buffer system for multiplex PCR, it is compatible with a wide range of product GC content and primer Tm values, and most multiplex PCR assays can be completed at a universal annealing temperature of 60℃.

This product has extremely high amplification efficiency. All primers in the reaction system can be efficiently extended without additional optimization; the amplification preference is low, and the amplification efficiency is consistent for different types of primers and templates.
