Pyrintegrin is a selective, cell permeable, small molecule that was identified to help in promoting human embryonic stem cell (hESC) survival by > 30-fold. The dramatic increase in cell survival has been attributed to the protection of the cell surface protein e-cadherin from damage by Pyrintegrin.
